The Moon's A Harsh Mistress

For the 'Telling Stories' segment, I was tasked with taking a pre-existing song and accompanying it with my very own illustrative visuals.
The song I decided to go with was the Jazz song "The Moon's A Harsh Mistress" by Glen Campbell. The song tells a tragic love story and explains the feeling of loss from that love, and how hard it can be to hold onto before the relationship slips away.
With it being a primarily harsh, and deceptive subject matter. I decided to make my visuals follow the visual artstyle of illustrator; Aubrey Beardsley. And write a murder scenario around the song's subject matter.
